Girlfriends Are For Sundays was the original idea and title of the book that I never wrote. It was to be a composition of my twisted thoughts. views, and ideas on the world through the modern man’s eyes. Instead, I invite you, one and all to partake in my blog, Girlfriends Are For Sundays where we can feel comfortable express ourselves on a daily basis.
The reasons that I believe that girlfriends are for Sundays are clear as day. We’ve all thought it, but no one’s said it. In the twilight of my 27th year, Sunday was the most difficult in which to get laid…for a guy without a girlfriend. Pickings were slim in the bars on a Sunday night. Most girls are resting up for the responsible Monday of work or school. The girls that booze on Sundays are a different breed. These aren’t necessarily what we had in mind. It’s only one day…a guy’s got to draw the line somewhere.
